Groups & incentives

Private group travel and incentives in Peru.

Bring your group to Peru with a local team handling the arrangements. We plan incentive trips, executive gatherings and university or alumni journeys, with the program built around your purpose, dates and guests.

Who we work with

A shared journey. A clear purpose.

Corporate incentives

Give your team a trip worth working toward. We’ll develop the sightseeing, hotels, dinners and shared experiences around your brief and budget.

Executive gatherings & MICE

Combine working time with time in Peru. We’ll help coordinate the meeting requirements, transport, meals and experiences around the group’s schedule.

University & alumni groups

Tell us the learning goals and interests of the group. We’ll recommend visits, guides and a practical program, with specialist arrangements confirmed individually.

One possible six-day program

The Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Cusco.

This is an example, not a fixed group itinerary. We’ll adjust the route, working time and experiences around your objectives and available dates. Hotels, venues, meals and activities are confirmed in the proposal.

  1. Day 1

Arrive. Settle into the Sacred Valley.

Private airport transfers to the valley, check-in and a welcome dinner. Keep the first day light.

  2. Day 2

    Explore together. Gather over dinner.

A private Sacred Valley day built around your interests, with space for a meeting or group dinner.

  3. Day 3

The valley, then Machu Picchu Pueblo.

A cultural visit or workshop, followed by the train and an overnight near Machu Picchu.

  4. Day 4

A day dedicated to Machu Picchu.

A guided visit using the group’s confirmed tickets and circuits, lunch, and a second night at Machu Picchu Pueblo. Enjoy the day without an onward train to catch.

  5. Day 5

Return to Cusco. Gather one more time.

Train and private transfers to Cusco, with a city visit, learning session or farewell dinner arranged around the arrival time. Add a night for a full working or academic program.

  6. Day 6

    Departure.

Private airport transfers coordinated with the group’s flight schedule.

Each group program is individually quoted

We recommend hotels around the group size, room requirements, meeting needs and program. We’ll explain the available options and confirm suitability before you commit.
